VinBax (VinBax) provides vehicle information by VIN: free VIN decoding and technical data, and paid full reports. By using the site you accept these terms.
Free and paid parts
The core data on VIN pages is free. Detailed checks are limited per day for free users. Full reports are provided after payment; package credits are valid for the period shown on the pricing page.
Data accuracy
Reports are based on records in third-party databases. We do not guarantee completeness or that every event was recorded. A report does not replace a technical inspection or legal checks.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. Reports are generated automatically from international databases; for cars not found there, our experts prepare the report manually from other sources (usually within 24 hours). Such a report also counts toward the monthly limit.
User obligations
Using the service unlawfully, automated data collection (scraping), bulk resale of reports and attempts to bypass security mechanisms are prohibited. Business use requires a B2B agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VinBax's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report. The purchase decision is the user's own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Contact: —.
Subscription and automatic payment
Subscription plans are monthly or yearly. If a plan has a trial period (for example, the first 30 days for 0.99 ₼), the subscription automatically continues at the plan's regular price when the trial ends, and the amount is charged to the card saved at sign-up each billing period. The price, period and number of reports per month are shown next to the plan before payment. About 3 days before each charge we send an email reminder. We do not store card details — they are kept in the bank's secure vault. If a payment fails we retry up to 3 times, then the subscription stops.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in 1 click under My account → Subscription. After cancelling no further payment is taken, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The monthly report limit renews every month; unused reports do not carry over. An opened report (automatic or manually prepared) counts toward the limit. If you were charged by mistake, contact support — if no report was opened within 14 days, the last payment is refunded.
